N.H. Admin. Code § Cor 502.06 - Notice of Right to Appeal
(a) On
the business day following administration of emergency treatment seclusion or
restraint under Cor 502, the resident's clinician or another staff member
designated by the facility shall provide notice to the resident or his or her
guardian of the resident's right to complain against, and appeal, the
administration of emergency treatment.
(b) Appeals on the final decision shall be
forwarded, in writing, to the director of medical and forensics. An exception
shall be that the appeals may be filed verbally if the resident is unable to
convey the appeal in writing.
