N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Dw 1101.01 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to identify:
(a) The procedures and criteria applicable to
public water systems that apply to the state for financial assistance from the
drinking water state revolving loan fund (DWSRF) established pursuant to
RSA
486:14; and
(b) The requirements for completing projects
financed under the DWSRF, complying with DWSRF program loan conditions, and
repaying or otherwise returning such assistance.
