N.H. Admin. Code § Fam 203.03 - Board Investigator and Mediator Conduct Investigation Committee
(a) The board shall create a mediator conduct
investigation committee to assist the board in carrying out its
responsibilities under Fam 200.
(b)
Once a year, the board shall designate a member to serve as the board
investigator, who shall:
(1) Serve as chair
of the mediator conduct investigation committee;
(2) Oversee any other persons who are
appointed by the board to investigate an allegation or complaint;
(3) Assign cases to appointed
investigators;
(4) Arrange training
and supervision of appointed investigators as appropriate; and
(5) Supervise the creation of any report of
investigation that is provided to the full board.
(c) Members of the mediator conduct
investigation committee shall be selected from the following groups or
organizations:
(1) The New Hampshire Board of
Family Mediator Certification;
(2)
Advanced practitioners from the Academy of Professional Family
Mediators;
(3) Advanced
practitioners from the Association of Conflict Resolution;
(4) New Hampshire superior court approved
mediators; or
(5) Former board
members.
