N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 1303.01 - Purpose and Applicability

(a) The purpose of this part is to establish criteria and membership for the continuing education advisory councils, continuing education courses, and course approvals.

(b) This part shall be applicable to the:

(1) Continuing education advisory councils;

(2) Course sponsoring organizations; and

(3) Students.
