N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 3203.05 - Commissions
(a) Commissions shall not be paid to, or
shared with, an individual or business entity, including but not limited to a
financial institution, which is not licensed as an insurance agent or broker in
New Hampshire.
(b) Non-licensed
individuals or business entities shall not be awarded a portion of the
insurance revenue.
(c) Any
compensation paid other than as provided in this part shall constitute
prohibited commission sharing.
