N.H. Admin. Code § Liq 301.01 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the manner in which vendors of spirits and wines and manufacturers of wines apply to have their items sold to the State of New Hampshire, and the manner in which the State of New Hampshire lists and de-lists spirits and wines for sale in the state.
