N.H. Admin. Code § Liq 305.01 - Listing
(a) Dessert wines and vermouths shall be
selected for listing by demonstrated customer demand in other retail markets,
sales performance in the national market, and potential profitability, but the
decision to list shall not be limited to these factors.
(b) Gross profit shall not be the sole
determinant for selection.
