N.H. Admin. Code § Liq 402.03 - Licensee Entertainment
Retail licensee entertainment by alcohol industry members shall not be considered a violation of RSA Title XIII, provided such entertainment is deductible as a business entertainment expense under the Internal Revenue Code.
