N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 607.01 - Duties of Partnerships as Horse Owners

(a) Whenever multiple individuals own a horse as a partnership, each individual shall be licensed as an owner pursuant to Pari 605 and the partnership shall be licensed pursuant to this part.
(b) One individual member of the partnership shall apply for a partnership license pursuant to Pari 607.03.
(c) Any change in the ownership of a horse shall be promptly reported to the racing secretary.
(d) If an owner is suspended from the racing premises, every horse wholly or partly owned by that owner shall also be suspended for the duration of the owner's suspension.
(e) The fee for a partnership license shall be $40.00 per year.
(f) The partnership license shall be valid through December 31 of the year for which the license is issued.
