N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 808.11 - No Races

(a) In case of a mechanical failure of the starting box:

(1) The greyhounds shall be removed from the starting box; and

(2) A determination shall be made whether the starting box can be repaired promptly.

(b) If the starting box can be repaired promptly, the race shall take place after the repair has been made.

(c) If the starting box can not be repaired promptly, the board shall declare the race a no race.

(d) The board shall declare the race a no race if at any time:

(1) The lure does not remain in advance of the greyhounds; or

(2) A greyhound catches or passes the lure.

(e) The board shall declare the race a no race if 2 or fewer greyhounds finish the race.

(f) If a greyhound in leaving the course or running in the wrong direction interferes with any other greyhound sufficiently to affect the outcome of the race, the board shall declare the race a no race.
