N.H. Admin. Code § Pas 303.01 - Registration Required

(a) No passenger tramway shall be operated unless a registration for such tramway has been issued by the board.

(b) The registration year shall extend from November 1 to October 31.

(c) The summer season shall extend from May 15 to October 31.

(d) The winter season shall extend from November 1 to May 14 of the following year.
