N.H. Admin. Code § Pas 306.01 - Initial Registration of a New Construction, Relocated, Altered in Length, or Modified Passenger Tramway

(a) Prior to initial registration of a new construction, relocated, altered in length, or modified passenger tramway, the following shall be completed and submitted to the board:
(1) A stamped certificate from the designer with original signatures that the lift meets all requirements set forth by statute and these rules;
(2) The acceptance test and inspection;
(3) A certified copy of the results of a destruction test of the wire rope conducted by the manufacturer or a laboratory;
(4) The evacuation plans for an aerial lift; and
(5) Certification from a qualified engineer that the lift conforms to the designer's plans, except for fiber rope tows.
(b) Within 60 calendar days after the acceptance test, certified as-built plans shall be completed and delivered to the owner and the tramway board.
