N.H. Admin. Code § Pos 1104.01 - Admission Requirements
(a) The admission requirements
shall be published and administered as written.
(b) The school shall require
graduation from high school or a certificate of high school
equivalency issued by a state department of education as a
prerequisite for enrollment in a diploma or certificate course
offered by the school, unless it is not required by the appropriate
state agency that regulates the career field. The school shall
maintain records in each student's file to show compliance with
admission requirements. The school may substitute an ability to
benefit test for the high school graduation or certificate of high
school equivalency requirements.
(c) The school may offer special
courses to students whom the school deems can profit from the
instruction offered as indicated by the results of an ability to
benefit test.
(d) A
school shall admit only those students whose educational background
and abilities qualify them to pursue the particular program or course
for which enrollment is sought. In no event shall enrollment be
solicited in lieu of compulsory elementary or secondary school
attendance.
