N.H. Admin. Code § Pos 1104.04 - Tuition Policy
(a) A school and its approved
branch facilities shall charge students enrolled in the same program
a uniform rate of tuition and other fees, provided nothing herein
shall prevent a school from making a uniform change in tuition or
other fees in new enrollment agreements or shall prevent a school
from negotiating with businesses, or state or federal governmental
agencies for group training contracts with lower rates for tuition or
other fees for students participating in such programs under such
contracts.
(b) Tuition
may be due at the start of the time period, as defined in
Pos
1101.01(ac), but the amount
due shall not exceed the tuition cost of that time period.
(c) If a student is enrolled in a
program, but is not a full-time student, then the amount of the
program's tuition that is due shall be proportionate to the student's
status.
(d) The tuition
charged per unit, as defined in
Pos
1101.01(ae), shall not be
increased for the term of the contract/agreement.
(e) Charges for books, supplies and
other fees shall be clearly itemized in school
documentation.
