N.H. Admin. Code § Pos 1104.16 - Publications
(a) All
publications relating to the school shall present the school in a
manner that is neither fraudulent nor deceptive.
(b) Printed catalogues, bulletins,
or prospectus information shall be specific with respect to:
(1) The prerequisite training
required for admission to the school courses;
(2) The curricula;
(3) The contents of
courses;
(4) The
graduation requirements;
(5) The tuition and other fees;
and
(6) Refunds and
allowances for withdrawals and unavoidable or extended
absences.
(c)
In their publications schools shall:
(1) Not use any name, title, or
other designation that is misleading or deceptive as to the nature of
the school, or its placement record for students;
(2) Not use any photograph,
engraving, or illustration in such manner as to convey a false
impression as to the school's size, facilities, or equipment;
and
(3) Not use
endorsements, commendations, or recommendations by students in favor
of the school unless it is with the consent of the writer and without
any offer of financial compensation. Such consent forms shall be kept
on file by the school.
(d) Schools shall publish tuition
rates, payment methods, and refund policies in their catalogues or on
separate rate sheets and shall not deviate from these rates and
policies.
(e) All
published materials shall describe the school as it presently
exists.
