N.H. Admin. Code § Pos 1104.17 - Ethics
(a)
Schools shall not engage in fraudulent or deceitful marketing
practices.
(b) Schools
shall maintain tuition rates as published.
(c) No officer or representative of
a school shall solicit any student to leave another school or class
in which he/she is enrolled or in attendance.
(d) A school or its representative
shall not make unsubstantiated claims or guarantees regarding
employment to prospective students.
(e) A school or its representative
shall not advertise in a manner that is misleading to the public or
conveys by implication that the instruction or services offered by a
similar school are unethical or inferior per
Pos 1104.18 and
Pos 1104.19.
