N.H. Admin. Code § Psyc 205.14 - Delivery of Documents
(a) All documents filed by any party in
connection with an adjudicative proceeding shall be delivered to all other
parties to the proceeding by:
(1) Depositing
a copy of the document in the United States mails, first class postage prepaid,
addressed to the last address given to the board by the person being served, no
later than the day the document is filed with the board; or
(2) Delivering a copy of the document in hand
on or before the date it is filed with the board.
(b) When a party's representative has filed
an appearance, delivery shall be to the representative.
(c) Except for exhibits distributed at a
prehearing conference or hearing, every document filed with the board in a
proceeding shall be accompanied by a certificate, signed by the person making
delivery, attesting to the method of delivery, date of delivery, and the
parties to whom delivery was made.
