N.H. Admin. Code § Psyc 206.02 - Petition for Rulemaking
(a) Any person may
request the board to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule by filing a petition with
the board which contains the following information:
(1) A statement of the petitioner's interest
in the proposed rulemaking action;
(2) The text of the proposed new
rule;
(3) The text of a proposed
amendment to an existing rule;
(4)
The text of any existing rule which the petitioner wishes to have
repealed;
(5) A statement of the
particular results intended by the petitioner to flow from the proposed
rulemaking proceeding; and
(6) Any
data or legal argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in
evaluating whether the proposed rulemaking proceeding should be
commenced.
