N.H. Admin. Code § Pub 201.05 - Unfair Labor Practice Hearing
(a) After the time for filing
answers has passed, the board shall order a hearing to be held on all
contested complaints within 45 days of the filing of the complaint.
Notices of hearings on the merits shall be delivered at least 10 days
prior to the hearing to all parties named in the complaint except as
this time limit shall be shortened by

201.07(d).
(b) The public employer whose
employees might be directly affected by the board's disposition of
the complaint shall display copies of the notice of hearing at
locations where such employees work on the next working day following
receipt of the notice. When it is necessary for a public employer to
display copies of the notice at diverse locations because potential
bargaining unit members work at locations remote from the place where
the administration of the public employer is located, the public
employer shall send copies of the notice of hearing sent by e-mail if
available, otherwise by regular mail to those remote locations no
later than the next working day following receipt of the notice. The
public employer shall display copies of the notice of hearing at
those remote locations on the same day they are received.
