N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 1904.01 - Approval Required Prior to Recovery
No utility shall recover from its ratepayers any rate case expense unless such expense has first been found by the commission to be just and reasonable and in the public interest and otherwise conforms to the requirements of Chapter Puc 1900.
