N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 902.07 - Default Service

"Default Service" means energy supply services provided by a distribution utility which includes a rural electric cooperative for which a certificate of deregulation is on file with the commission, but does not include alternative default service provided by a municipal or county aggregator under RSA 53-E.
