N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 902.08 - Distribution Utility

"Distribution Utility" means the company that owns and/or operates the distribution facilities delivering electricity to the customer-generator's premises, and includes a rural electric cooperative for which a certificate of deregulation is on file with the commission.
