N.H. Admin. Code § Res 207.02 - Notice of Hearing
(a) In these rules,
all notice of hearings shall:
(1) Be prepared
and forwarded so as to afford all parties sufficient opportunity to prepare for
and develop the issues to be considered and decided at the hearing;
(2) Be prepared in writing and forwarded to
the parties in a sealed envelope, either through the United States mail or by
personal service; and
(3) Be
forwarded to a representative if the representative has filed an appearance on
behalf of a party.
(b)
All notice of hearings shall contain the following:
(1) The time, date and place of the
hearing;
(2) The legal authority
under which the hearing is to be held;
(3) A brief description of the reasons which
have caused said hearing to be called, to include identification of any statute
or rule allegedly violated by the party being notified;
(4) Notice of the existence and availability
of rules relative to the conduct of the hearing, and the place said rules may
be obtained;
(5) The necessity, if
any, to produce documents or other articles of evidence at the
hearing;
(6) A statement that each
party has the right to have an attorney represent them at their own expense;
and
(7) The consequence of failing
to appear at the hearings as directed.
