N.H. Admin. Code § Res 214.02 - Orders
(a) Within a
reasonable time after conclusion of the hearing, the presiding officer shall
issue an order stating the action to be taken by the department and the reason
therefor. Said order shall be sent to the affected person through the United
States mail, or by personal delivery.
(b) Said order shall constitute a final
decision on the part of the department.
(c) The department shall keep a decision on
file in its records for at least 5 years following the date of the final
decision or the date of the decision on any appeal, unless the director of the
division of records management and archives of the department of state sets a
different retention period pursuant to rules adopted under
RSA
5:40.
