N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 305.09 - Noncompliance with Road Toll Law
After notice and an opportunity for a hearing, the commissioner shall suspend the registration of any vehicle, or the privilege to operate any vehicle, in the state of New Hampshire where:
(a) The owner, lessee, or driver of a vehicle
fails to obtain any license as defined by Saf-C 300, permit, or registration
for the vehicle or where the license, permit, or registration is required under
provisions of the road toll law, or these rules. Any suspension issued under
this paragraph shall remain in effect until the owner, lessee, or driver
obtains the appropriate license, permit, or registration and complies with all
provisions of the road toll law, RSA 260,
RSA
6:11-a, or Saf-C 300; or
(b) The owner, lessee, or driver of a vehicle
fails to pay any road toll, highway use fee, permit fee, or any other charge as
required by law, where the owner, lessee, or driver is liable under the
provisions of the road toll law RSA 260,
RSA
6:11-a or Saf-C 300, by virtue of his
ownership, leasing, or driving of the vehicle. Any suspension issued under this
paragraph shall remain in effect until the owner, lessee or driver pays all
tolls, fees, and other charges.
