N.H. Admin. Code § Sep 301.04 - Fees
All fees shall be paid in the form of cash, money order, bank draft, check, or credit card number payable to "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire" and are non-refundable. Applicants paying by credit card shall submit a completed "Credit Card Information" form, revised September 2018.
