N.H. Admin. Code § Soil 403.01 - Initiation of Disciplinary Action
The board shall undertake misconduct investigations, settlements of misconduct allegations, or disciplinary hearings, in response to any information which reasonably suggests that a certificate holder has engaged in professional misconduct.
