N.H. Admin. Code § Vet 306.02 - Insufficient Funds
The applicant and/or renewing veterinarian shall be charged a fee of $25 or 5 percent of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater, plus all bank fees, in addition to the amount of the check, for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
