N.H. Admin. Code § We 207.07 - Closing of the Hearing and the Record
(a)
The presiding officer shall close the hearing when he/she determines that no
one has further questions or comments that are relevant to the subject of the
hearing.
(b) For rulemaking
hearings, the record shall remain open until the date specified in the
rulemaking register.
