N.H. Code Admin. R. Bar 101.16 - Ex parte communications

"Ex parte communications" means the transmittal of information or argument by or on behalf of a party concerning the merits of the subject matter of any adjudicatory proceeding to or from a decision-maker in that proceeding without proper notice to and opportunity to participate in by all parties.
