N.H. Code Admin. R. Emp 201.03 - Evidence, Testimony and Records

Testimony shall be taken under oath or affirmation and a verbatim record of the proceedings shall be made. Such records, reports, summaries and compilations of the department as are material shall constitute part of the evidence in the case upon introduction by department personnel.
