N.H. Code Admin. R. Fire 101.18 - Mental disorder

Current through Register Vol. 42, No. 14, April 7, 2022

"Mental disorder" means a condition defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association (5th edition)(2013), available as provided in Appendix B, diagnosed by a psychologist or psychiatrist, based upon mental status examination or psychological testing.
