N.H. Code Admin. R. Fire 101.21 - Petition
"Petition" means any of the following:
(a) A written request submitted to the
commission complaining of the actions of a person in a fire service personnel
position where a remedy regarding that person's certification or rights under
these rules is available;
(b) A
written request submitted to the commission to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule;
or
(c) A written request submitted
to the commission for a declaratory ruling.
