N.H. Code Admin. R. Liq 501.04 - People to Whom Liquor May be Served In Veterans and Social Clubs
No beverages or liquor shall be sold to the general public or to any other persons except members, guests, members of the Sons of the American Legion, or auxiliary members of a club in this state affiliated with the same national fraternal organization and licensed under 178 RSA:22 V, (h) provided the member, member of the Sons of the American Legion, or auxiliary member has on his or her person, and displays on request, a current membership card of that same national fraternal organization.
