N.H. Code Admin. R. Liq 508.08 - Temporary Closures
(a) Any agency
store that plans to be closed or not operate scheduled hours as called for in
their accepted business plan of operations shall send written notice to the
commission at least 7 days in advance of the closing or change in scheduled
hours of operation.
(b) The notice
shall state the reason for the closure or change of hours of the agency store,
the date of closing or schedule change, and the date of the intended
reopening.
(c) In an emergency,
written notice including a full explanation shall be filed as soon as
possible.
(d) Failure to notify the
commission shall result in administrative action by the commission whereby the
commission shall consider suspension or revocation of the agency store
operation.
