N.H. Code Admin. R. Occ 502.01 - AOTA Code of Ethics as Binding Ethical Standards

(a) The
ethical standards binding licensed occupational therapists and occupational
therapy assistants shall be the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics adopted and
copyrighted in 2015 by The American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. as
modified in (b) below, and available as noted in Appendix II.
(b) The preamble of the Occupational Therapy
Code of Ethics adopted and copyrighted in 2015 by The American Occupational
Therapy Association shall not be part of the ethical standards binding
licensees.
