N.H. Code Admin. R. Rev 301.28 - Representative

Current through Register Vol. 42, No. 14, April 7, 2022

"Representative" means an employee of a business organization, or any person acting on behalf of the business organization. The term does not include independent contractors as defined in Rev 301.18.
