N.H. Code Admin. R. Rev 301.30 - State

Current through Register Vol. 42, No. 14, April 7, 2022

"State", as used in RSA 77-A:3 and RSA 77-A:4, means:

(a) Any state of the United States or any political subdivision thereof;

(b) The District of Columbia;

(c) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico;

(d) A territory or possession of the United States; and

(e) Any foreign country or political subdivision thereof.
