N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 302.26 - Motor fuel and petroleum products transporter

"Motor fuel and petroleum products transporter" means a company or vehicle that hauls liquid motor fuels and/or petroleum products pursuant to RSA 146-A into New Hampshire. The term includes "transporter".
