N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 302.38 - Terminal

"Terminal" means a reportable fuel storage and distribution facility that is supplied by pipeline or vessel and from which reportable fuel may be removed at a rack. The term includes bulk plants that store reportable fuel for others.
