N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 305.03 - Denial of License Application
(a) The
commissioner or his/her designee shall deny, in writing, any application for a
license if:
(1) The applicant's license has
been suspended for cause pursuant to any provision of the road toll law or
these rules;
(2) The applicant has
filed the application as a subterfuge for another person whose license has been
suspended for cause pursuant to any provision of the road toll law or these
rules; or
(3) The commissioner
determines that the application has been filed in bad faith or has other
reasonable grounds to deny the application.
(b) If a license has been issued without
regard to the provisions of (a) above, or is issued in error, the commissioner
or his/her designee shall suspend the license, after notice and opportunity for
a hearing.
