Chapter Ath 300 - REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE

Document #13129, effective 6-4-20, repealed, readopted, readopted with amendments, or readopted with amendments and renumbered various rules in Chapter Ath 300.

The rules repealed by Document #13129 include the following rules:

Ath 302.02 titled "Multipart Application Form"

Ath 302.03 titled "Effect of Notarized Signature"

The repeals necessitated the renumbering of Ath 302.04 as Ath 302.02 as noted in the source note for Ath 302.02, which contains the filing information for the former Ath 302.04. Source notes for the rules readopted, readopted with amendment, or readopted with amendment and renumbered in Document #13129 indicate "ss by #13129".
