Document #13786, effective 12-19-23, adopted, readopted with amendment, readopted with amendment and renumbered, or repealed various rules in Chapter Mhp 300. The adoptions and repeal by Document #13786 necessitated the renumbering of various existing rules in Mhp 300 as noted in the source notes.
Document #13786 adopted the following rules:
Mhp 302.03 titled "Supervisor Requirement".
Mhp 302.04 titled "Issuance of a Full License to a Post-Graduate Supervisee"
Mhp 302.07 titled "Application Process for Those Actively Licensed in Another State for a Period of 5 Years or More In Good Standing".
