REVISION NOTE #1:

Document #6284, effective 7/10/1996, readopted and renumbered Chapter Pas 2000 as Chapter Pas 300.

REVISION NOTE #2:

Document #13429-B, effective 8-06-22, adopted, repealed, readopted, readopted and renumbered, readopted with amendments, or readopted with amendments and renumbered all of the rules in Chapter Pas 300. These changes included extensive renumbering of most of the existing rules within Chapter Pas 300 as indicated in the source notes, as well as amended the Part and section headings in Part Pas 305. Document #13429-B replaced all prior filings for rules in the former Chapter Pas 300.

The rules in the former Chapter Pas 300 which were last filed in Document #10072, effective 1/11/2012, did not expire on 1-11-22 but were extended pursuant to RSA 541-A:14-a until Document #13429-B was effective 8-06-22.

Document #13429-B adopted the following rules in the Parts indicated:
