REVISION NOTE #2:

Document #14019, effective 9-6-24, adopted and readopted with amendments all of the rules in Chapter Soil 300. The rules which were adopted had previously expired 3-11-19 as indicated in the source notes, except for Soil 304.03 titled "Authorization to Practice" which was new.

The former Soil 301.03 titled "Fees" and Soil 301.05 titled "Replacement Fee" had expired 3-11-19 and were not adopted again. The former Soil 301.04 titled "Application, Certification Examination Fees" had expired 3-11-19 but was revised and adopted again and renumbered as Soil 301.03 titled "Application and Certification Examination Fees". The prior filings affecting the expired Soil 301.03 and Soil 301.05 included the following documents as noted:

Paragraph (b) was amended and incorporated into the former Soil 301.06, which was renumbered as Soil 301.04, and now titled "Information from References for Soil Scientist and Wetlands Scientist Candidates."

Document #14019 also renumbered expired Soil 301.04 as Soil 301.03,, expired Soil 301.08 as Soil 301.05, expired Soil 304.03 as Soil 304.04, and expired Soil 304.04 as Soil 304.05. The source notes in Soil 300 below which have been renumbered by Document #14019 include the former rule number, and the documents cited apply to the former rule number.

Document #14019 replaces all prior filings affecting the rules in this chapter.
