N.J. Admin. Code § 1:6A-9.2 - Adjournments
(a) The
judge may grant an adjournment of the hearing at the request of either party.
Any adjournment shall be for a specific period of time. When an adjournment is
granted, the deadline for decision will be extended by an amount of time equal
to the adjournment.
(b) No
adjournment or delay in the scheduling of the hearing shall occur except at the
request of a party.
