N.J. Admin. Code § 10:140-7.5 - Disqualification appeal process

If the designated State agency seeks to disqualify a county designated agency from participation in the Personal Assistance Services Program for failure to comply with 10:140-7.4(a)1 and 2, said county designated agency shall be afforded an opportunity to request an administrative hearing, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
