N.J. Admin. Code § 11:2-6.3 - Solicitation by management
(a) If the
solicitation is made by the management of the insurer, the proxy statement
shall so state.
(b) The proxy
statement shall state the name of any director of the insurer who has informed
the management in writing that he intends to oppose any action intended to be
taken by the management, and shall indicate the action which he intends to
oppose.
