N.J. Admin. Code § 11:2-6.4 - Solicitation by nonmanagement
(a) If the
solicitation is made other than by the management of the insurer, the proxy
statement shall state:
1. The names and
addresses of the persons by whom and on whose behalf it is made; and
2. The names and addresses of the persons by
whom the cost of solicitation has been or will be borne, directly or
indirectly.
