N.J. Admin. Code § 13:20-1.4 - Sun-screening materials or products; color
(a) Sun-screening materials or products that are installed or applied to the windshield of a motor vehicle shall be
a clear film.
(b) Sun-screening materials or products that are installed or applied to the front side
window(s) of a motor vehicle shall be either a clear film or a tinted film.
